One Month

Derek and I reached the one mark. It was weird because the few days before one month of Deyton passing was really rough for me. I didn't know why, but I was tearing up on random occassions and then it hit me. Derek and I bought flowers for his grave and were together it the exact time that he passed. I was glad about that because I wouldn't have wanted to be alone.

I guess the hardest thing of all of this is that it all went so fast and seems as though it didn't really happen and I am just waiting for my baby to come back. But I know he is always with me and I can't wait until I get to see him again. . . Well actually I should wait I have a lot to work on to become better so that I can be with him!

We just moved into a new place. Well, new to us but built in like the stone age! But as soon as we get all settled in we are going to tell our story from the eyes of Derek and I! We have had people ask us if we would and I have wanted to type it up so we could print it off and there is no better place then on here.

Thank you again for everything and for all of the continued support, the road ahead is long, but honestly it has never felt so peaceful!

Thank You!

Three weeks ago today our beautiful baby boy went back with his father in heaven. What a whirl wind our lives have been, but honestly the best, the saddest, the happiest, and definetly the most testimony building experience.

It honestly is amazing how at peace and how much comfort Derek and I have felt. We feel so grateful to be surrounded by so many people that love us and we know without a doubt we are loved.

So much has happened and we are starting to get back into normal life although there are hard days we feel Deyton's pressence and know that he has greater work to be doing. Honestly what more could parents ask for!

This post has been titled Thank You because we have so many people to Thank, we can not name names because there is so many that in one way or another have shown their love and support to us and we honestly feel it. So please everyone know that we Love You and are so grateful for all that you (and you all know who you are!) have done!

On another note some very exciting news! Derek and I have ordered his headstone, I am so excited to see the final product, but I will give you an idea!!!

We also found out that the Mortuary recorded the funeral (McMillan Mortuary offered all of their services to us for free they were so great to work with and honestly they did such an amazing job I couldn't have asked for anything more!) so we are just trying to figure out how to get it onto the blog so anyone can hear it! If you know how to do that any help would be appreciated!!!
