WE NEED YOUR HELP!!

Derek and Krystal have been going through quite a bit the last couple of days. We have so many people to thank for the support that family and friends have given. The Fight for Deyton is not over and at this time we are asking everyone to keep them in your prayers. They need your help more than ever.

Tonight we witnessed one of the most powerful blessings where Derek was just an instrument in the hands of God. In the blessing he gave the decision that Derek and Krystal made to take Deyton home and to raise Him as long as they can.

As Derek's brother, I feel like I need to do everything I can to let people know and understand Their situation. They need as much support from all those around them and they have already witnessed miracles because of the strength from friends and family and their prayers.

We don't know how long Deyton could be with us. Miracles happen all the time!! The fight for Deyton is real and we would like you to be a part of it.

This is a picture of Derek and his brother Jareds' hands with Deyton's.

Baby Deyton,
you are such a beautiful and precious Child of God. We have come to love your amazing family and we'll be praying for them. The love and support we have seen pouring out to them and from them really touched us. You have two amazing and really strong parents.
Our prayers, love and support are with you and your family.

You don't know me, but someone gave me the blog address because I had a son born with HLHS, among other problems, and passed away after 19 days. I know Krystal and Derek are very busy and don't read this, but please let Krystal know that I am more than happy to talk to her. I have been through what she is going through and it helped to talk to someone who has "been there." It breaks my heart that she has to go through this. I will pray for them. Much love to the whole family.

We love you guys so much and are in total shock. I know the decisions you make are through our Lord. I was there 2 hours after delivery and never saw more love from a father and mother. We are here for you and my heart aches. And yes miracles do happen!

I am in Derek and Krystal's ward, and also in the RS presidency. As a RS we would like to bring in dinners (and anything else they need) for Derek and Krystal after they return home with their sweet baby. Would you please call me when you have a second, so I can communicate with you (Shelle-Krytsal's sister?) and see what we can do, because I don't want to take away their precious time with their baby-all our love!

I wish there was something I could say that would make you feel better or lift your spirits. I am thinking of you and know that if anyone can deal with this situation, it is you. You are such a strong girl and I am sure you are the best mommy ever. We will pray for you and your sweet baby boy.

What a beautiful baby. We have wondered about you since you left the hospital. Thank you for letting us see Deyton on your way out. That was a high point in our day.Thank you for sharing that precious moment even with us. He is a good looking little guy. What an incredible family. We were touched by the obvious peace you had. Thank heaven's for the gospel in our lives. Our prayers are with you all.

He is a beautiful baby. He accomplished his purpose here on earth, he is not required to pass any othe tests. His journey is complete. How blessed you are to bring such a special child into the world. It's very difficult for you, but you will receive blessings and be surrounded by those who love you to help you think positive thoughts. My prayers are with you.
